Michelle Hodgson has a 25 year career both local and international in opera and performance in Italy, Spain and Germany. As a teacher she trained at the highest capacity after obtaining her degree in the VCA in Voice and her certificate as Young Artist in the Opera of Florence, Italy.
Her experience with all voice types is vast. She was recently appointed The Australian Vocal Coach for the Acclaim Awards for young voices in Melbourne.
As a contemporary teacher she was the Head of Voice for Carro de Baco Academy of Theatre in Barcelona raising up over 100 young students in pop, rock, music theatre and ensemble, stagecraft and performance confidence including several students who were selected for the Voice Spain (La Voz) one of which was finalist in 2016.
Michelle is currently the music director of SOULVoices Gospel Choir and loves to see young students grow in their gifts and passionately persue their calling.
